{"id":930,"date":"2026-03-19T12:37:32","date_gmt":"2026-03-19T12:37:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/web2.pssr.sk\/?page_id=930"},"modified":"2026-04-09T11:55:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T11:55:51","slug":"central-milk-analysis-laboratory","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/web2.pssr.sk\/index.php\/en\/central-milk-analysis-laboratory\/","title":{"rendered":"Central Milk Analysis Laboratory"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We offer the following types of tests:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cow milk<\/strong> \u2013 fat, protein, lactose, somatic cell count, urea, ketone bodies, lactoferrin<br><strong>Sheep milk<\/strong> \u2013 fat, protein, lactose, somatic cell count,<br><strong>Goat milk<\/strong> \u2013 fat, protein, lactose, somatic cell count,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Central Milk Analysis Laboratory (CLRM) has been accredited since 2000 \u2013 from 17 November 2000 \u2013 registration number <strong>S003<\/strong>.<br>Since April 2021, CLRM changed its supplier of calibration samples for SHEEP, with the aim of joining the international round test and thereby improving the quality of analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CLRM in International Proficiency Tests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CLRM regularly participates in International Proficiency Tests (IPT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IPTs are participated in by laboratories from around the world. In these tests, each laboratory receives the same set of samples with unknown values of fat, protein, lactose, urea content and somatic cell count in the sample. Each sample is measured using a standard procedure and the measured values are sent for evaluation and statistical processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In IPTs, repeatability and measurement accuracy are evaluated. The test organiser calculates a Z-score for each laboratory for the measurement of individual samples.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Z-score is less than or equal to \u00b1 2, the results are satisfactory.
