List of incorrect data

When processing change reports and movement documents submitted by breeders to the CRHZ, these reported changes are checked from a formal perspective as well as in terms of their logical relationships to already registered data. If errors are found in the reported changes, these errors are printed in the “List of Incorrect Data”, which is sent to the breeder’s address.

error without an asterisk – a warning; the data was processed with a possible logical error

Errors listed in the “List of Incorrect Data” with an asterisk before the error number mean that the reported data was not processed at all. Errors without an asterisk are warnings about certain discrepancies in the data, but the changes were processed.

Errors listed in the “List of Incorrect Data” must be addressed and the appropriate correction made. Corrections are made using CRHZ forms, where you either need to simply repeat the change/movement report with the correct data, or first cancel the change/movement report with the incorrect data (Cancellation of erroneously reported changes/movements) and then report the change/movement with the correct data.
